About Us

Regina Leahy is a certified Staging Design Professional™ and the founder of Simply Staged of Connecticut. Her goal is to get your property sold quickly and for the highest profit while making the process attainable and enjoyable. 

 

Regina first learned about the power of staging when she and her husband bought, renovated, staged and sold properties in Fairfield County, Connecticut. During that time, she learned how to design houses that buyers connected with and loved and how to source furnishings and accessories to draw buyers' interest in each property. Her goal was simple - draw attention to the positives of a property -- the light, the space, the flow, the lifestyle. Later, Regina started a color consultation business to help clients choose paint colors for their homes. It was rewarding to help others tackle the (often) daunting task of choosing colors and to make it a more manageable (and even enjoyable!) process.

 

Weaving these experiences together, she launched her home staging dream company, Simply Staged, and to bring simplified, fresh, and accessible home staging & styling to homeowners, realtors and builders in Connecticut.

Building on that, she brought her husband on to her team and opened Built Right- a renovation division of Simply Staged.
